We must agree to the terms of the loyalty program
You get bonuses from each service that you pay. The rate is 7% of total amount. The services paid by the guest during the stay which allow to collect bonuses are:

- Accommodation;
- Comfort Cafe "Parmesan";
- Lobby-bar;
- mini-bar;
- laundry and so on;
- Restaurant center RiverSide

Exception is the services of third-party organizations.
The customer who makes the banquet order worth 15 000 ₴ automatically becomes a member of the RESPECT CLUB program.

The list of services, names of bars and restaurants which are allow to collect bonuses, you can find out during checking in the hotel.

Exchanging of the bonuses:

  1. As for accommodation service, the guest can exchange bonuses as 1 point=1 UAH. Exchanging of the bonuses to other service (restaurant, laundry and etc.) is the same, the guest can exchange bonuses as 1 point=1 UAH.
  2. Accumulated points are not exchanged for promotional services (accommodation, food and so forth.), As well as for special / corporate proposals.

Points are not accrued and exchanged for conference services and transfer service.

Terms and Conditions:


- By participating in the Respect Club, you permit Park-hotel “Chernihiv” to use your personal information.

- Membership in the program applies to individuals after filling in the form on the website www.park-hotel.cn.ua or on the Reception of the hotel.

- Your membership will start after you’ll get a confirmation of your registration by e-mail.

- Program benefits do not apply to reservations made on mediator website, or through travel agents or other intermediaries.

- Bonuses of the Loyalty program do not apply to accommodation by the special rates and corporate rates.

- Bonuses cannot be combined with other special rates and packages.

- The card is annulled if it is not used (bonuses are not charged) within 12 months of receiving the card or since the last use of the card.

- The names of restaurants that operate by loyalty program you can find out on arrival at the hotel. We kindly ask you not to forget to show your personal membership card upon your every visit in the restaurant.

- Program bonuses are not valid for conference services and shuttle services.

- The accommodation must be paid directly by the cardholder at the hotel.

- During the reservation the guest is assigned to inform his card number at the reception upon arrival. Loyalty card is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

- In case of no-show, the guest bonuses in the amount of daily room rate will be charged.
